This policy explains how TValue: Back In Stock Alert handles information when you use the app or receive a restock alert.

1. Who we are​

TValue: Back In Stock Alert is developed and operated by TValueApps. In this policy, “TValue”, “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to TValueApps.

2. Information we collect​

We collect only the information needed to provide and improve the service. Depending on how you use the app, this may include:

  • Store and account details, such as a store name, domain, contact details, and platform identifiers.
  • Product, variant, inventory, watchlist, and alert preferences needed to monitor availability.
  • An email address when you ask to receive a back-in-stock notification.
  • Basic technical information, such as browser, device, IP address, and service logs, when needed for security, troubleshooting, and reliability.
  • Information you choose to send when contacting support.

We do not ask for payment card information through the app.

3. How we use information​

We use information to:

  • Monitor product availability and create restock alerts.
  • Send notifications that you request.
  • Operate, maintain, and secure the app.
  • Respond to support requests and prevent abuse.
  • Understand usage and improve the service.

We do not sell, rent, or use personal information for targeted advertising. We may use aggregated or anonymized information for analytics and product improvement.

We may share limited information with service providers that help us host, store, secure, and deliver the app and its notifications. These providers may process information only to provide services to us.

The app may use cookies or local storage to remember a guest watchlist, maintain a session, and keep the service working. These technologies are not used to follow you around the web for advertising.

6. Retention and deletion​

We keep information for as long as it is needed to provide the service, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. You can request deletion of your information at any time. When a store uninstalls the app, we begin deleting the related store, customer, watchlist, and alert data within a reasonable period.

7. Your choices and rights​

Depending on where you live, you may be able to:

  • Request access to the personal information we hold.
  • Ask us to correct or delete it.
  • Unsubscribe from restock notifications.
  • Object to or restrict certain processing.

If the app is used through a store, you may also contact that store directly about customer data managed by the store.

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information. No online service can be guaranteed to be completely secure, so please use a strong password and protect access to your account and store.

9. Children’s privacy​

The service is not directed to children under the age required by applicable law. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children for the purpose of using the service.

We may update this policy when the app or our practices change. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new “Last updated” date.
